At QRGenPlus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium subscription. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy. This policy applies strictly to our paid subscription plans ("Premium"). The free basic generator is provided without cost and therefore is not eligible for any refunds.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new premium subscription purchases. If you decide that QRGenPlus Premium isn't the right fit for your needs within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
Conditions for the 14-day guarantee:
- The request must be made within exactly 14 calendar days of the original purchase date and time.
- This applies to your first purchase only; subsequent renewals or returning customers who previously received a refund are not eligible.
3. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
After the initial 14-day period, all charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the premium features (such as editable links and analytics) until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partially unused billing periods.
4. Abuse and Policy Violations
Refunds will not be granted to users who have violated our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, using QRGenPlus for malicious activity, phishing, spam, or hosting illegal content. Accounts terminated due to policy violations immediately forfeit any right to a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee, please contact our support team:

- Include the email address associated with your account and the reason for the refund request.
Once your request is received, our team will process the refund. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
6. Payment Processing (Merchant of Record)
Please note that our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
